La Fourchette is a contemporary seaside French brasserie offering modern interpretations of classic French fare. We offer the full gastronomic experience throughout the day, making it the neighbourhood local you can return to morning, noon and night.  

La Fourchette or ‘the fork’ was an opportunity for us to share our passion for French food.  Owners Natalie and Romain Le Gal were inspired to open a French local in the neighbourhood where Natalie grew up.  Romain, originally from the French coastal town of Pornichet, welcomed the opportunity to open a family-friendly neighbourhood brasserie reminiscent of those he worked in back home. St Heliers village offered the ideal setting to introduce people to the sumptuous flavours of French cuisine.

Our Head Chef, has created a fresh and inventive winter menu, highlighting the produce the season has to offer.We also have an in-house Chef Pâtissier, Pierre Roth, who creates our delectable range of French pâtisserie which he is constantly updating.

At La Fourchette we are committed to providing a unique and memorable French experience for our customers.  We are happy to cater for larger groups or functions and Emilien our Restaurant Manager is on hand to tailor-fit our offering to your individual requirements.
