La Fourchette or ‘the fork’ was an opportunity for us to share our passion for French food. Owners Natalie and Romain Le Gal were inspired to open a French local in the neighbourhood where Natalie grew up. Romain, originally from the French coastal town of Pornichet, welcomed the opportunity to open a family-friendly neighbourhood brasserie reminiscent of those he worked in back home. St Heliers village offered the ideal setting to introduce people to the sumptuous flavours of French cuisine.
Our Head Chef Ash Gera, has created a fresh and inventive summer menu, highlighting the produce the summer season has to offer.We also have an in-house Chef Patissier, Pierre Roth, who creates our delectable range of French patisserie which he is constantly updating.
At La Fourchette we are committed to providing a unique and memorable French experience for our customers. We are happy to cater for larger groups or functions and Aurelie our Restaurant Manager is on hand to tailor-fit our offering to your individual requirements.
